We add AI to software that already has users. That usually means integrating a language model into an existing product, giving it access to the right data, and building the parts around it that decide whether the result is good enough to show someone.

We also build agents: software that takes actions on a customer's behalf, with the approval steps, limits and audit trail that make that safe.

Onboarding, subscriptions, in-app purchases and the reporting that goes with them. This is the part of a product where a small mistake is expensive and quiet, so we treat it as its own discipline.

We build the measurement alongside it, so it is possible to say which spend produced which customer, and what a customer is actually worth.
